WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Piemonte Cortese is produced using conventional winemaking methods. The 100% Cortese grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for three months in stainless steel tanks. This process is designed to preserve the wine's freshness and the varietal characteristics of the Cortese grape.
