WINE MAKING PROCESS
Piper-Heidsieck Brut is produced using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Following primary fermentation, often in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to create its effervescence. A significant portion of reserve wines from previous vintages (10-20%) is blended to ensure stylistic consistency. The wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 to 30 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months post-disgorgement resting period before release.
