WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pixu Kadarka Gilvesy is produced using a low-intervention approach. Grapes are hand-picked and undergo natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation can occur in large Hungarian oak, foudre, or concrete eggs. The wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions (approximately 10-20 mg/l post-fermentation). This method emphasizes the expression of the volcanic terroir and the natural characteristics of the Kadarka grape.
