WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Plan B! OD Riesling is made from 100% Riesling grapes sourced from Plan B!'s vineyard in Frankland River, Western Australia. The vines are over 20 years old. Fruit is harvested at night to achieve a balance of sugar and acidity. During winemaking, fermentation occurs at cool temperatures to preserve varietal character, and only clear free-run juice is utilized. The wine is subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks. The winemakers' approach focuses on minimal intervention to allow the expression of the grape and its origin.
