WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Planeta Frappato 2023 begins with destemming and pressing the 100% Frappato grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, with maceration on the skins lasting 7-8 days, followed by an additional 10-13 days of skin contact post-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for a few months to preserve its freshness. The grapes are sourced from vineyards managed with organic and sustainable viticulture practices.
