WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for this Chianti Superiore are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over to ensure gentle extraction of color and tannins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in traditional large oak casks and stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, primary red fruit characteristics of the Sangiovese grape while adding subtle structural complexity.
