WINE MAKING PROCESS
Por ti 2019 is produced using a blend of Monastrell (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). The grapes are hand-harvested and selected from vineyards situated at high altitudes on stony soils. Fermentation and maceration take place for 15-20 days in French oak vats, with temperatures controlled below 28°C. The wine then ages for 18 months in a combination of 60% French oak and 40% American oak barrels.
