WINE MAKING PROCESS
Portia Crianza 2021 is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation occurs in controlled conditions within conical tanks at 26°C, designed for gentle extraction. Malolactic fermentation is also performed. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Bodegas Portia's approach emphasizes preserving the grape's freshness and employing modern winemaking techniques.
