WINE MAKING PROCESS
This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its lees for an extended period of 26 months. This prolonged autolysis imparts complex yeast and brioche characters. It is finished as a Brut Nature, meaning no dosage (sugar) is added after disgorgement, preserving the natural acidity and pure expression of the terroir.
