WINE MAKING PROCESS
Predicat Priorat is produced using traditional winemaking methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo maceration and fermentation in large oak vats. Further fermentation occurs in small wood vessels under controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. The winery employs sustainable farming practices, avoiding fertilizers and pesticides in their vineyards.
