WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Monte Rossa Prima Cuvée Brut is produced using the traditional method, involving a second fermentation in the bottle. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo soft pressing, with fermentation taking place partly in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. Each cru is vinified separately. The wine is aged for a minimum of 20 months in the bottle on its lees. The producer utilizes reserve wines in their assemblages to ensure consistency.
