WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Primo Bianco is produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. Harvest typically takes place from late August to early September. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures between 12-14°C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for a short period in stainless steel tanks. It then undergoes a minimum of two months of bottle maturation before release. Some sources indicate a longer tank maturation of up to four months.
