WINE MAKING PROCESS
The wine is crafted using concrete-tank carbonic maceration. Whole, uncrushed grape clusters are loaded directly into a concrete fermenter under a carbon dioxide-rich environment. Intracellular fermentation begins inside each individual berry without mechanical maceration, resulting in less color and skin tannin extraction. The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit expression and bottled early to capture maximum freshness.
