Prosecco Calmaggiore

Prosecco Calmaggiore is produced using the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks. This process is key to developing the wine's signature effervescence and fresh aromas. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve the Glera grape's delicate fruit profile. The wine is typically not aged extensively, with the emphasis on maintaining its youthful vibrancy and crispness. Masottina Spa's winemaking approach is guided by a commitment to quality and a deep respect for the Veneto region's terroir, with the winery holding certifications such as IFS, BRC, and ISO 9001:2015.
