ABOUT THIS WINE
The Puech Noble Blanc is a white wine from Domaine Rostaing, a producer celebrated for its Northern Rhône reds. This cuvée originates from the Coteaux du Languedoc AOP in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The 2022 vintage benefited from a hot and dry summer, contributing to optimal grape ripening and a balanced wine with refreshing acidity. The estate employs sustainable viticulture practices, known as 'lutte raisonée', and the wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Puech Noble Blanc is produced using a minimalist approach. Grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards managed with 'lutte raisonée' principles, avoiding artificial fertilizers and herbicides. The wine is fermented and aged for around 8 months exclusively in stainless steel tanks. This technique is employed to maintain the wine's freshness, vibrant fruit profile, and aromatic intensity, ensuring a direct expression of the grape varietals and the Languedoc terroir.
