The winemaking team is led by Rodrigo Madrid and Ana Gonzalo, with expert consulting from Julien Viaud, a partner at Laboratoires Rolland et Associés. This rare cuvée is produced in extremely limited quantities, with only 2,333 bottles filled for the 2019 vintage.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted from old Tempranillo vines (over 60 years old) planted at high altitudes (520-600 meters) on sandy clay and sandstone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted. Following traditional alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. It is then aged for 24 months (2 years) in new French oak, followed by an extensive bottle refinement period of 30 months (2.5 years) before commercial release. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
