WINE MAKING PROCESS
Pulpo Albariño is produced using 100% Albariño grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C to maintain fresh fruit aromas and acidity. Some Pulpo wines may undergo a maceration of the must for 6-8 hours at low temperatures. The wine does not see oak aging, with fermentation and subsequent aging occurring in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit.
