ABOUT THIS WINE

Sourced from biodynamic vineyards near Lake Neusiedl, this wine is designed to be light, fresh, and highly drinkable. The name itself is a playful nod to the Hungarian 'Puszta' plains and the classic 'Cuba Libre' cocktail, signaling its fun, accessible, and unconventional nature. Preisinger, a pioneer in the Austrian natural wine movement, focuses on biodiversity and soil health to produce wines that truly reflect their terroir.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically farmed vineyards. In the cellar, Preisinger employs low-intervention techniques, utilizing spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. A portion of the grapes undergoes carbonic maceration to enhance the bright, juicy fruit character and keep tannins exceptionally low. The wine is aged briefly in large, neutral oak casks and stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant freshness. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions.
