WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Quarisa Wines Q Malbec 2022 is produced using Malbec grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged using a combination of seasoned American oak and oak staves in stainless steel tanks. The 2021 vintage, for example, was aged for 8 months in a mix of 2-year-old American hogsheads and stainless steel with premium French oak staves. The wine is sealed with a screw cap.
