WINE MAKING PROCESS
Queendom is produced in the Pétillant Naturel (Pet Nat) style, a natural winemaking method where fermentation finishes in the bottle, creating natural carbonation. For the 2023 vintage, Regent, Pinot Gris, and Riesling were fermented separately and then blended. The 2022 vintage involved independent processing of Pinot Grigio, Dornfelder, and Riesling, with direct pressing for the former two and a three-week semi-carbonic maceration for the Pinot Gris.
