WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Quinta da Gaivosa Vintage Port 2013 involves sourcing grapes from the Quinta da Gaivosa estate. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 24-28°C for 3 to 4 days, after which it is fortified with wine spirit at 77% ABV. The wine is then aged for two years in stainless steel vats. Following this, it undergoes a minimum of one year of bottle aging before its release.
