WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Musita Rabàh Nero D'Avola 2022 is produced using 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The winemaking process begins with destemming, followed by a maceration period of 8-10 days. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel and cement tanks at 26°C with selected yeasts, incorporating techniques like pump-overs and délestage. Malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine is then aged for approximately 4 months in steel tanks and cement silos. Musita practices organic farming in its vineyards, located on the south-facing slopes of the hill that gives the winery its name.
