The 2023 vintage showcases the classic cool-climate elegance of the area, balancing bright fruit expression with a distinct mineral undertone.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for the 2023 Pinot Noir were harvested from select vineyards across the Cromwell Basin and Gibbston sub-regions. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit underwent cold soaking to extract color and primary fruit aromas. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a small portion of whole bunches included to add structure and complexity. The wine was aged in a combination of French oak barriques (mostly older, neutral oak to preserve fruit purity) and stainless steel vats for approximately 8 to 10 months before blending and bottling.
