ABOUT THIS WINE
Rabel Langhe Bianco is a white wine from the Langhe DOC in Piedmont, Italy, produced by Azienda Agricola Cagliero. It is a blend of Arneis, Favorita, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with the latter reportedly making up 70% of the composition. The Cagliero family has a long-standing heritage in the Barolo region, with roots tracing back to the 16th century. Their return to winemaking involved reconstructing the family estate and reviving traditions. The vineyards are situated on varied terrains, including south/southeast-facing slopes at 300 meters and steeper, high-elevation sites in the northern Langhe. The wine is unoaked and fermented at controlled temperatures.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rabel Langhe Bianco is produced using controlled temperature fermentation to preserve freshness. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel vats, remaining in contact with its yeasts to develop texture and complexity. This unoaked approach focuses on highlighting the purity of the grape varietals and the influence of the terroir.
