WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Raimonda Barbera d'Alba is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, utilizing traditional methods with pumping over a floating cap for 7-8 days at temperatures between 28-30°C. Malolactic fermentation follows. The wine then undergoes aging for approximately one year, with maturation partly in large French and Slavonian oak casks and partly in small French and American oak barrels. Harvest is carried out by hand.
