WINE MAKING PROCESS
Rålund Superior Torrt vin av blåbär is produced using wild-grown blueberries. Water and sugar are added as blueberries have insufficient natural sugar for fermentation. The berries are harvested and frozen before fermentation, which occurs in steel tanks at low temperatures for about a month. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on oak barrels. This process is part of IDUNN Norsjö Wine & Co's approach to sustainable winemaking, aiming to create fruit wines with a character comparable to traditional grape wines.
