WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ramos Reserva is produced using hand-crafted methods, with grapes hand-harvested in September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks over eight days at temperatures between 24–26°C. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation. Notably, the wine is unoaked, allowing for a direct expression of the grape varietals and the Alentejo terroir.
