WINE MAKING PROCESS
Recaredo Terrers Corpinnat Brut Nature 2019 is produced using grapes from Recaredo's estate vineyards, farmed organically. The first fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, employing indigenous yeasts. Refermentation in the bottle uses concentrated must from the same vintage. The wine then undergoes a lengthy aging process on its lees for a minimum of 38 months, up to 40-42 months. Disgorgement is performed manually, and the wine is sealed with natural cork stoppers. The producer emphasizes estate-grown fruit and meticulous cellar work.
