ABOUT THIS WINE
Red Angel on the Moonlight is created by Jermann, a historic estate in Friuli-Venezia Giulia whose winemaking legacy traces back to 1881. Modernized in the 1970s by Silvio Jermann, the winery is celebrated for groundbreaking Italian wines. Situated on the Monte Fortino slope in Venezia Giulia, this cuvée was designed as an elegant, versatile Pinot Nero dedicated to Angelo during a full moon night in late summer.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pinot Nero grapes are harvested manually in September from colluvial soils with southwest exposure. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled, cooled stainless steel tanks. A portion of the cuvée is aged for approximately five to twelve months in small oak barriques and French oak tonneaux before being sealed with a high-tech screw cap to preserve aromatic purity.
