WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted with a hands-off philosophy, this wine undergoes semi-carbonic maceration of whole grape bunches for 12 to 15 days in fiberglass tanks. This technique coaxes out vibrant fruit aromatics while keeping tannins soft. Fermentation is carried out entirely by native yeasts. To preserve the wine's raw energy and natural texture, it is bottled without fining, filtration, or any added sulfur dioxide.
