Remelluri Blanco

Remelluri Blanco 2020 is produced from a field blend of numerous white grape varieties. Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, with individual varieties often fermented separately in concrete tanks and wooden barrels. The wine then undergoes a total of 20 months of aging, initially for 12 months in concrete, wood barrels, and vats, followed by an additional 8 months of rest in tank after blending. The 2020 harvest was impacted by hail, leading to multiple harvesting passes and a slow fermentation.
