WINE MAKING PROCESS
Remelluri Reserva is crafted using traditional methods with a focus on expressing the estate's unique terroir. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in various vessels, including stainless steel tanks and oak vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 16-22 months in French and American oak barrels and foudres. A crucial part of the process is the minimum of three years of bottle aging before release, allowing for the development of complexity and refinement. The estate is committed to organic and biodynamic farming practices, employing regenerative agriculture principles in its vineyards.
