ABOUT THIS WINE
Rémi Leroy Brut Nature is a non-vintage Champagne from the Côte des Bar, France. Produced by Rémi Leroy, it is crafted with a focus on terroir and minimal intervention winemaking. The estate farms approximately 9 hectares of family vineyards in Meurville, characterized by clay-limestone soils. Rémi Leroy, an oenologist, returned to his family's estate with a philosophy of expressing the unique landscape of the Aube region. The wine's distinctiveness lies in its Brut Nature (zero dosage) style and its authentic expression of place.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Rémi Leroy Brut Nature is produced using minimal intervention winemaking techniques. Grapes are gently pressed, and fermentation occurs in small stainless steel vats and/or Burgundian oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wines are aged on their lees for extended periods, contributing to their complexity. Vineyard management includes organic practices such as ploughing and natural grassing to enhance soil health and biodiversity. Harvests are managed to ensure ripe, concentrated fruit.
