WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rèmole Bianco Toscana is produced through fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a maturation period of approximately 4 months, also in stainless steel. This approach is designed to preserve the wine's freshness and primary fruit characteristics. The grapes, Vermentino and Trebbiano, are harvested at optimal ripeness to achieve a balance of fruit and acidity in the final wine.
