WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Renato Corino Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested manually in early October from vineyards in La Morra. The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately seven days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, which previously held Barolo. The estate employs integrated viticulture with a focus on organic practices, including the use of copper and sulfur, maintaining grass cover between rows, and avoiding herbicides and fertilizers. Yields are kept low at 5-6 tons per hectare.
