WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Leyda Reserva Rosé Pinot Noir 2023 is made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes undergo whole-cluster pressing at low pressure to achieve a pale pink color. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13.5°C-14.0°C for 16-17 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness and fruit-forward character.
