The Reserva Vinhas Velhas originates from centenarian vineyards aged between 60 and over 100 years old, co-planted on steep schist slopes in the Baixo Corgo sub-region.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Hand-harvested grapes undergo a dual fermentation process where a portion is foot-trodden in traditional granite lagares, while the remainder ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Following fermentation and malolactic conversion, the wine ages for 18 months in 225-liter French oak barriques, about 20% of which are new.
