WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Telmont's Réserve Brut are carefully sourced from various villages across Champagne, including Damery, Fontette, Songy, and Avize, reflecting the house's commitment to respecting the diverse terroir. Following a viticultural approach guided by their 'In the name of Mother Nature' philosophy, the wine undergoes classic vinification in stainless steel vats. This process includes malolactic fermentation, which contributes to the wine's structured body and ethereal quality. After vinification, the wine is aged in the cellars for three years, allowing it to develop complexity and its characteristic tension and freshness. It was disgorged in 2021, and the final dosage is 6.7 g/L, classifying it as a Brut Champagne.
