WINE MAKING PROCESS
Champagne Philippe Gonet Reserve Brut is produced using the traditional method. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. A significant portion, 30%, of the blend consists of reserve wines. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a minimum of 3 years of aging on its lees in cellars maintained at a constant temperature. This extended aging period is a key technique employed by the producer.
