WINE MAKING PROCESS
Rét is produced using natural winemaking techniques. The destemmed grapes undergo natural fermentation on their skins for up to six days without additives. Following a gentle press, the wine matures for seven months on its gross lees in stainless steel tanks and large acacia barrels, with no temperature control. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, preserving its natural character. The 2024 vintage includes a 25% blend of Rotburger Rosé to enhance its vibrancy. The producer utilizes organic and biodynamic farming methods and sustainable packaging.
