WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Revolution White Solera is crafted through a multi-faceted approach. Chardonnay undergoes skin maceration for around 10 days in amphorae, followed by aging in amphorae or barrels. Scheurebe is fermented on its skins and aged in acacia and oak barrels. The Riesling component is part of a solera system, with its origins dating back to 2013, and has been aged in barrels and stainless steel. The wine is aged on lees. Biodynamic and organic farming practices are central to the vineyard management, with a philosophy of minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process. Some bottlings are made with zero added sulfur dioxide.
