WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ribas Blanc is produced using grapes cultivated organically on Mallorca. The hand-harvested fruit is carefully selected before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This technique is employed to preserve the wine's fresh, primary aromas. Following fermentation, the wine is typically aged in stainless steel to maintain its crispness and varietal character. The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention to allow the indigenous grape varieties and the Mallorcan terroir to express themselves authentically.
