WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ribas Negre 2022 is produced through fermentation at moderate temperatures (25-27°C) to preserve primary fruit aromas and soft tannins. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, often second or third-year, with some new oak. Bodega Ribas employs hand cultivation of its vineyards and is actively working towards organic viticulture, reflecting a commitment to sustainable practices and the preservation of Mallorcan viticultural heritage. The winery also engages in research focused on improving native grape varieties.
