WINE MAKING PROCESS
100% hand-harvested Tempranillo grapes sourced from high-elevation bush-trained estate vineyards in La Horra. Following temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging prior to release.
