WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Le Riche Richesse 2022 is produced using grapes sourced from multiple vineyards across Stellenbosch. Each varietal is fermented individually in traditional open concrete tanks, with manual plunging employed to manage the extraction process. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels. After blending, it undergoes a further 8 months of maturation in a mix of barrique and foudre. The winemaking process involves minimal filtration and no fining.
