The 2023 vintage represents this classic, pure expression of Alsatian terroir, sourced from select vineyards around Ribeauvillé where limestone and marl soils impart a distinct, vibrant energy.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed using pneumatic presses. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and old wooden vats to preserve the primary fruit characteristics and mineral tension. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, maintaining its signature high acidity. It is bottled early to retain freshness and aged in the cellar before release.
