WINE MAKING PROCESS
Gaia Ritinitis Nobilis Retsina is produced from 100% Roditis grapes sourced from vineyards in Koutsi, Korinthia. The winemaking process involves fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. During fermentation, a calculated quantity of Aleppo pine resin is added to the must, which is later removed. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Yields are restricted, and the winemaking aims for a modern, quality-focused expression of the traditional Retsina style.
