WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ritmo Latino Brut is produced using a method that emphasizes preserving the grape's natural character. The initial fermentation occurs in concrete tanks at low temperatures (14–16°C) to maintain fruitiness. The secondary fermentation, responsible for the sparkling effervescence, is conducted in pressurized stainless steel tanks over 21 days at controlled temperatures (16–18°C). The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning to ensure optimal freshness and aroma retention. Viña Tarapacá is committed to sustainability, employing practices such as using a hydroelectric plant for energy and holding ISO 14001 and Certified Sustainable Wine of Chile certifications.
