WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Veramonte Ritual Pinot Noir 2018 is produced using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. A portion of the grapes (30%) are fermented with whole clusters, and fermentation is carried out using native yeasts. The wine undergoes aging for 12 months in 400-liter French oak barrels, with about 20% of the barrels being new. Grapes are hand-picked in small batches.
