WINE MAKING PROCESS
The RockBare McLaren Vale Grenache 2022 was fermented in small open fermenters for two weeks, with 10% whole bunches included. After reaching dryness, the skins were pressed. The wine then underwent nine months of aging in seasoned French oak hogsheads and puncheons. Maturation on yeast lees was also employed to enhance textural complexity. The grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning during the late days of March.
